Group Therapy

Group therapy for daughters of narcissistic mothers is conducted several times a year in Denver Colorado and is facilitated by therapists who have been trained by Dr. Karyl. Each group cycle will kick off with an education and Q&A by Dr. Karyl!

The focus for group is to work the five-step recovery model outlined in Dr. Karyl's book: Will I Ever Be Good Enough? Healing the Daughters of Narcissistic Mothers. Daughters find it helpful to join with other women who have experienced similar backgrounds and are discovering the fellowship of group is validating, supportive and healing.
