Phone Consultations with Dr. Karyl

Dr. Karyl offers psycho-educational phone consultation regarding issues related to the book. This is clearly differentiated from therapy and if therapy is requested or needed, Dr. Karyl will refer you to the therapy referral registry on the book website or offer you suggestions for finding a therapist in your community.

Typically phone consults are accomplished in one to three sessions and are somewhat limited in scope.

There are a few exceptions where phone therapy is allowed, but an in person intake is required first as well as related paperwork. 

Phone consultation is billed at $150.00 per session and the sessions are 50 minutes in length. No insurance is accepted.

Payment is done ahead of time by credit card or pre-sent check.
